Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer SF Express service for shipping. Please contact Customer Service if you have further enquiry on shipping details.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Our store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Our store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Return Policy
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at marketing@mitcom-us.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please include your RMA number on the outside of the package.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at marketing@mitcom-us.com.

退貨政策
